The price of a curing set starts from €1145 to €1895 depending the number of the UV heads.

The NSC4 series LED UV spot curing system has all the advantage of LED curing technology. The unit is equipped with one controller and maximum four UV heads (the controller could run with less than 4 heads too).

There are three different models of LED heads and ten types of optical lens are avalable. Optional wavelengths include 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm.
It is widely used for curing UV glue, UV adhesives and other UV light curable materials.

The irradiation time and the irradiation intensity can be independently adjusted for each UV LED head. The UV intensity is can be up to 13000 mW/cm2 depending on the optical lens. The UV light spot size can be easily changed by replacing the optical lens. It is durable and multifunctional, easily incorporated into automated systems.

  • It is easy operation via simple and clear English interface.
  • The standard version offers 4 irradiation channels. Each channel is independent running. If you need more irradiation channels version, it can be customized.
  • Built-in power supply and compact size design.
  • Could be used in automated production lines. The fully functional control system offers fault feedback, running state feedback and emergency stop. It can be controlled by MCU, PLC and computer via communication ports.
  • The cable of the UV LED light tube is Japanese TAIYO robot flexible cable. The bending resistance is over 30 million times.
  • The UV LED light tube has built-in temperature sensor. Monitor the temperature and stop running immediately when it is overheated.
  • It has security key switch. It prevents operators to modify the approved running parameters.
  • The controller housing is aluminum material and no cooling hole. So it won’t rust and the internal electronic parts are not easy to
    be polluted by the dust.
  • The service life of each irradiation channel is independently recorded. It is helpful to find out whether the UV LED light tube need to be
    replaced with a new one.
